Pamela Patrick is a Lecturer at the School of Educational Psychology & Counselling, Monash University, and a Board-Approved Supervisor. Her research focuses on cultivating inclusive school communities, advancing teacher and student wellbeing, and supporting underrepresented groups in education, with expertise in the Delphi technique and mixed-methods research.
