Pamela Cromer serves as Associate Professor in the Department of Doctorate of Nursing Practice Program at Augusta University's College of Nursing, with dual appointments in The Graduate School. She functions as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator, Director of the Interdisciplinary Costa Layman Community Health Outreach Programs, and primary care provider at Compass Family Medicine in Newberry, SC through the GRNA Faculty Practice Plan.

Dr. Cromer directs the Interdisciplinary Costa Layman Community Health Outreach Programs and serves on the Belle Terrace Community Health Center Advisory Board. Her community leadership includes chairing the Community Food Kitchen and strategic development roles with Christ Central-Saluda, focusing on citizen needs assessment and program development for underserved populations.
