Pamela Abrams is a Senior Lecturer at Westminster Law School, University of Westminster, teaching tort law, civil litigation, and legal ethics. Qualified as a barrister (Inner Temple, 1991) and solicitor, she specialized in personal injury and clinical negligence litigation before joining academia in 1996.
Her research examines legal profession dynamics, access to justice, and litigation funding. As LLM Legal Practice Course Leader, she supervised dissertations and served as External Examiner for the University of Law and CILEX.
She has conducted empirical research for the Nuffield Foundation, Ministry of Justice, and Law Society of England and Wales.
