Dr. Pamala J. Dillon is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Palumbo-Donahue School of Business, Duquesne University. Her research explores the intersection of social responsibility, leadership, and organizational identity, focusing on how organizational members and leaders engage with socially responsible practices. She teaches courses in Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, Strategic Management, and Managing Public Affairs.
