Pam Sutton

Pam Sutton is a Professor of English at Union University, where she integrates Christian faith with academic exploration. She recently completed a four-week research leave at the Los Angeles Film Studies Center, part of the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities' Best Semester program, to deepen her understanding of Hollywood's role as a "mission field" for cultural engagement.

Sutton's work bridges literature and visual media, as reflected in her course Literature of Film for English majors and minors. Her immersive research included studio tours, screenwriter dialogues, and technical industry insights to enhance pedagogical relevance for visually oriented students.
