Page B. Walley is an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Psychology, University of Alabama-Birmingham. He currently serves as Managing Director of Strategic Consulting for Casey Family Programs, a foundation focused on reducing foster care needs. Previously, he held roles as Commissioner of the Alabama Department of Human Resources, Commissioner of Alabama Department of Children’s Affairs, and Tennessee Department of Children’s Services Commissioner. Dr. Walley is a licensed clinical psychologist and minister, residing in Bolivar, TN where he also serves as Vice Mayor.
