Pablo Ayala Villalobos is a Research Fellow in Policies for Transforming Food Systems at the Science Policy Research Unit (SPRU) within the University of Sussex Business School. His work focuses on inclusive innovation, science and technology policy, and grassroots movements. He holds a PhD from SPRU (2024) and an MSc in Development Studies from Lund University (2012), alongside a BSc in Political Sciences from the Western Institute of Technology and Higher Education (2008).
