Oğuz DOĞAN

Oğuz DOĞAN is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Tourism, Antalya Bilim University, specializing in Tourism Management and Gastronomy. He completed his bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees at Akdeniz University and currently leads the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts.

Research Interests: His work focuses on destination management, alternative tourism, gastronomy, medical tourism, hospitality management, and tourism clusters. He explores digital transformations in tourism, visitor satisfaction, and sustainable practices.

Recent Publications highlight trends in smart tourism destinations, digital detox, marine tourism, and cultural heritage applications. His studies span interdisciplinary themes connecting technology, sustainability, and consumer behavior in tourism contexts.
