Ousseni Illy

Dr. Ousseni Illy is an Assistant Professor of Law at Université Ouaga II, Burkina Faso, and a former GEG Global Leaders Fellow (2010-12). He co-founded and serves as Executive Director of the African Centre of International Trade and Development, a non-profit think tank in Ouagadougou. His expertise spans international trade law, public law, and WTO/UN legal affairs.
