Dr. Otto Scharmer is a Senior Lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management and Founding Chair of the Presencing Institute. Over the past 20 years, he has pioneered frameworks for awareness-based systems change, notably through his bestselling books Theory U and Presence, co-authored with Peter Senge. His work bridges leadership development, economics, and regenerative practices, emphasizing the shift from extractive to eco-centric systems.
