Lori Breslow

Lori Breslow is a Senior Lecturer in Managerial Communication at MIT Sloan School of Management. She previously served as Founding Director of the MIT Teaching and Learning Laboratory (TLL) from 1997 to 2015, which supports MIT’s undergraduate education initiatives. Her work focuses on pedagogical innovation, curricular design, and the integration of technology in education, including early research into MOOCs and blended learning environments.

Breslow holds a BA from Indiana University and a PhD from New York University. Her research has been cited in major publications like The Wall Street Journal and Chronicle of Higher Education, and she has advised institutions globally, including collaborations with Cambridge University and initiatives in South Africa’s technical universities.
