Oskar E. Rey

Oskar E. Rey is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Washington School of Law. He holds a JD from the same institution (1992) and a BA in Political Science from the University of Washington (1988). Rey has practiced municipal law since 1995 and served as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Kirkland from 2005 to 2016, focusing on land use, public records, and public works.
