Omolabake Fakunle is a Senior Lecturer and Chancellor's Fellow at the Moray House School of Education and Sport (University of Edinburgh), affiliated with the Institute for Education, Community and Society (IECS). She holds a PhD in Education from the University of Edinburgh and has over two decades of professional experience in accounting, banking, and academia. Her research focuses on inclusivity in internationalisation, decoloniality, and graduate employability in global education contexts. She currently leads the EDI Curriculum Transformation Project and coordinates the MSc Education (General) pathway.

Research Interests: Her work examines how internationalisation policies and practices address inclusivity, particularly through micro-level analyses of student and staff mobility, intercultural exchanges, and international partnerships. She advocates for decolonial approaches to curriculum design and EDI leadership, emphasizing the intersection of employability and global citizenship. Recent projects include frameworks for inclusive internationalisation and cultural inclusivity in school communities.
