Dr. Omar Shehryar is a Professor in the Department of Marketing at the Jake Jabs College of Business & Entrepreneurship, Montana State University. His research focuses on terror management theory applied to consumer decision-making, behavioral pricing, and the use of fear-arousing communication in marketing. He teaches courses such as Marketing Management, Advanced Marketing Analytics, and Principles of Marketing.
Education: Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia (2003). His teaching interests span marketing analytics, new product development, and machine learning applications in marketing.
