Prof. Omar Salah is a Full Professor of Global Finance and Restructuring Law at Tilburg Law School, Tilburg University. His academic chair focuses on international financing and restructuring of multinational companies, with expertise in global finance law, restructuring, and insolvency proceedings. He concurrently serves as a Partner and Head of Financial Restructuring & Insolvency at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP in Amsterdam. Previously, he worked at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek (2011–2021) and King & Spalding (London). His research emphasizes legal frameworks for corporate restructuring, insolvency homologation (e.g., WHOA), and cross-border financial transactions.
