Olivia Freeman

Olivia Freeman is an Assistant Professor and Academic Fieldwork Coordinator at the School of Occupational Therapy, MCPHS University. Since joining in 2020 (and working at the University since 2018), she bridges her 13-year clinical background in adult rehabilitation with academic leadership, coordinating fieldwork programs and teaching Level I/II fieldwork courses alongside Motor Performance across the Lifespan.

Freeman’s work emphasizes student success, clinical supervision, and innovative fieldwork structures. She collaborates with organizations like the OT Compact Commission, American Occupational Therapy Association, and state-level associations to advance occupational therapy education standards.
