Oliver Searle is a Lecturer at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, specializing in composition and inclusivity in music. He leads the BMus Programme and contributes to the SHARE (Sciences, Humanities and Arts Research Exchange) initiative, focusing on artistic research and new work development.
