Dr Oliver Gerstenberg is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Laws, University College London (UCL). His professional affiliations include being an Associate Fellow at the Institute for Advanced Legal Studies (IALS) and a Fellow at the UCL European Institute. His research focuses on European Union law and legal theory, including jurisprudence and legal interpretation.
Education: Studied law and philosophy at Universities of Heidelberg and Frankfurt am Main, obtaining a doctorate in law.
