Olive White is a Lecturer in Architecture at the School of Architecture and Built Environment, University of Wolverhampton. She contributes to undergraduate teaching and bridges academic practice with industry expertise through her professional background.

Olive’s research focuses on Sustainable Urban Design, emphasizing green infrastructure and its intersection with public health. Her work also explores retrofit housing strategies and modern construction methods, aligning with contemporary challenges in urban resilience and sustainable development.
With professional experience across Birmingham, Cork, Dublin, and Amsterdam, Olive has collaborated on diverse projects including commercial developments, housing, education facilities, refurbishments, office spaces, and master-planning. She has served on the Birmingham City Council Design Review Panel and acted as a visiting tutor at Birmingham City University, reflecting her engagement with both public and private sectors in urban planning and architectural design.
