Olga Pagán is a Senior Research Associate at the Annenberg Institute at Brown University, affiliated with the Research Partnership for Professional Learning. Her work focuses on understanding how societal, school, and classroom contexts influence teacher practice, well-being, and student outcomes, particularly in racially, culturally, and linguistically diverse environments.
