Olena Khailenko

Olena Khailenko is a Career Development Research Fellow at Magdalen College, University of Oxford, focusing on trauma and resilience in conflict areas. Her research examines mental health outcomes in Ukrainian populations during wartime, particularly the interplay between resilience, avoidant coping, and PTSD symptoms.
