Olalla Castro Alvaredo

Dr. Olalla Castro Alvaredo is a Reader in Theoretical Physics at the Department of Mathematics, City, University of London, affiliated with the School of Science and Technology. She specializes in quantum integrable systems, entanglement entropy, and out-of-equilibrium dynamics.

Since 2014, she has pioneered the Generalized Hydrodynamics approach for out-of-equilibrium systems.
