Oded Galor is the Herbert H. Goldberger Professor of Economics at Brown University, renowned as the founder of Unified Growth Theory. His research explores long-term economic development, the transition from Malthusian stagnation to modern growth, and the role of biogeographical forces in global inequality. He holds editorial roles at journals like the Journal of Economic Growth and Journal of Population Economics.
