Oded Cats

Prof. Oded Cats is a Professor at the Department of Transport & Planning, TU Delft, and co-leader of the Smart Public Transport Lab. He holds a dual-PhD from KTH Royal Institute of Technology (Sweden) and Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. His research focuses on multi-modal public transport systems, emphasizing network design, policy evaluation, and travel behavior. Key areas include route choice modeling, service optimization, and the integration of smart technologies in urban mobility.
