Oana Ichim is a Nonresident Fellow at the TUM Legal Tech Working Group and a Visiting Teacher in the Master in International and Development Studies at the Graduate Institute Geneva. She holds a PhD in International Law and two Master’s degrees: one in European Law Studies specializing in Human Rights Law (Institute of High European Studies, Strasbourg, France) and another in International Law (Graduate Institute Geneva).

Her research centers on human rights, international courts and tribunals, and legal knowledge engineering, informed by professional experience as a Case Lawyer at the European Court of Human Rights and a Programme Adviser at the Council of Europe’s Directorate General of Human Rights and Legal Affairs.
