Professor Oakleigh Welply holds dual roles as Professor in the School of Education and Deputy Executive Dean (People and Culture) within Durham University's Faculty of Social Sciences and Health. She leads on cultural and human resource strategies while maintaining a distinguished academic profile in intercultural and international education.
Education: Graduated from Sciences Po Paris (Sociology & Politics), earned an M.Phil in Sociology of European Society from Cambridge, and completed her PhD in Sociology of Education at the University of Cambridge.
