Nutsa Batiashvili is a Professor of Anthropology and Dean of the Graduate School at the Free University of Tbilisi. She holds a PhD in Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis, USA, and MA/BA degrees in Psychology from Tbilisi State University. Her research bridges cultural anthropology, memory studies, nationalism studies, and cognitive sciences, focusing on political affect and cognition.
