Nuria Reche Tello is an Assistant Professor in Constitutional Law at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH), with a focus on feminist constitutionalism and work-life balance policies. She teaches undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs in Law, Equality, and Social & Legal Sciences.

- Coordinates Experience Classrooms (AUNEX) and Equality & Gender policies at UMH
- Member of research groups: Current Legal Problems in the 21st Century, Interdisciplinary Center for Gender Studies
Research interests include:
- Constitutional guarantees for gender equality
- Neuro-rights and digital transformation
- Equal-parity democracy frameworks
- Legal regulation of neurotechnology
- Social rights governance in the Valencian Community
Scientific awards highlight her contributions to gender equality and constitutional law, including the National Award for Work-Life Balance (2024) and Lola Puntes Award (2023). Her publications address intersections between constitutional law, technology, and gender perspectives.
