Nuria Güil-Oumrait

Nuria Güil-Oumrait is a predoctoral researcher and Researcher at the Department of Environmental Medicine and Public Health at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She is affiliated with ISGlobal and supervised by Prof. Martine Vrijheid.

Her research focuses on the impact of early-life exposure to environmental chemicals on childhood obesity and cardiometabolic health, using computational techniques and European birth cohort studies. Key areas include endocrine disruptors, exposome, metabolomics, proteomics, and exposure-mixture analysis. Her recent publications span topics like prenatal pollutant exposure and dietary patterns in diabetes risk.

She has received a Fulbright Fellowship for her work at Mount Sinai. Her publications highlight interdisciplinary approaches in environmental epidemiology and public health.
