Dr. Noushi Rahman is a Professor of Management at Pace University's Lubin School of Business, where he has taught since 2003. He earned his PhD in Strategic Management from the Graduate Center/Baruch College, CUNY.
His teaching portfolio spans undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels, covering Business Strategy, Corporate Diversification, Organizational Behavior, and research methods. He actively integrates technology-enhanced learning platforms and developed online/hybrid course formats across programs.
Research examines cooperative/competitive strategy, corporate social responsibility, ethical misconduct, and reputation management. His work appears in leading journals including Journal of Business Ethics, Business & Society, and Long Range Planning. Current investigations focus on ESG integration, responsible AI in banking, and CSR's impact on post-crisis firm performance.
