Norazrina Muhammad Mustafa is a Visiting Researcher at the Lee Kuan Yew Centre for Innovative Cities (LKYCIC), Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD). She holds a PhD in Organisation & HRM from the University of Warwick’s Warwick Business School, funded by a Singaporean state agency. Her research focuses on workplace learning, skills development, digital disruptions, equality/diversity in the workforce, and organizational change. Her doctoral work explored the impact of an ageing workforce on stakeholders using a multi-perspective approach.
