Noha Ghali is a Teaching Professor and Coordinator of the Arabic Studies program at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She holds a Ph.D. in Language, Literacy, and Sociocultural Studies from the University of New Mexico (2018), an M.A. in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from The American University in Cairo (2003), and is certified as an Arabic Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI) tester by ACTFL.
