Dr. Noel Tracey is a Lecturer in Management at the University of the Sunshine Coast's School of Business and Creative Industries. With over 14 years of teaching experience, he specializes in sustainability, employment relations, management, and leadership. Prior to academia, he held senior executive roles at major retail brands including BP Australia and Timezone.
Research Focus: His work explores corporate reputation, retail operations, sustainability, and student engagement. He has led research on embedding critical thinking in business curricula and analyzing corporate reputation through annual report data.
