Noa Fleiss is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and Director of Quality Improvement for Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine at Yale School of Medicine. She joined the faculty in 2020 after completing her pediatric residency and neonatology fellowship at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University. Her roles include leading quality improvement initiatives in the NICU, co-directing the pediatric residency QI curriculum, and mentoring trainees in improvement projects. Her clinical research focuses on neonatal infectious diseases, particularly neonatal sepsis diagnosis and management.
