Noémie Prime

Noémie Prime serves as a Teacher-researcher at Polytech Annecy-Chambéry School of Engineering within the University of Savoie Mont Blanc. She holds an academic appointment under CNU Section 60 (Civil Engineering) and is an active member of the LOCIE research laboratory, focusing on sustainable construction methodologies and structural integrity assessment.

Her research program centers on two critical domains:

• Raw earth construction systems involving hydro-mechanical coupling behavior, non-destructive instrumentation techniques, and standardization of mechanical testing protocols
• Advanced structural diagnosis of reinforced concrete infrastructure through innovative assessment methodologies

As part of LOCIE (Laboratory of Optimization of Design and Environmental Engineering), her work bridges theoretical research with practical applications in eco-friendly building materials and infrastructure resilience. The laboratory provides specialized facilities for material characterization and structural testing within France's Alpine region.
