Nina Morel, Ed.D., is an Executive Director of Leadership Development and Coaching and Professor at Lipscomb University's College of Business. Formerly, she served as Dean of Professional Studies at Lipscomb. Her roles include developing competency-based programs and leading coaching initiatives. She holds an Ed.D. and M.Ed. from Tennessee State University and a B.A. from Lipscomb University.
Dr. Morel's research focuses on Competency-Based Education, leadership through mindfulness, and instructional coaching. She has authored multiple books, including Redefining Competency Based Education: Competence for Life (2018) and How to Build an Instructional Coaching Program for Maximum Capacity (2012). Her articles appear in journals like Educational Leadership and The Learning Professional.
