معرفی
Nina Lykke is a Professor Emerita at Linköping University's Department of Thematic Studies (TEMA), specializing in Gender Studies (TEMAG). Her work focuses on queer theory, intersectionality, and transnational feminisms, with a particular emphasis on ethical coexistence in more-than-human worlds and the politics of death. She has collaborated internationally, hosting nearly 200 guest researchers and fostering global partnerships through gender research initiatives.
Lykke's research explores middling feminist coalitions, transgender politics, and the ethics of unease. Her publications include the Routledge International Handbook of Queer Death Studies (2025) and Colliding Words and Worlds: Pluriversal Conversations on Transnational Feminisms (2024). Her interdisciplinary approach bridges gender studies with environmental humanities and posthumanist frameworks.
Her work emphasizes decolonial thought and intersectional methodologies, addressing global challenges through collaborations with institutions worldwide. Lykke's research also intersects with medical humanities, as seen in her 2024 study on BRCA mutations and Alzheimer's risk in women.
Labs/Teams: Central to her contributions is the TEMAG research group at Linköping, dedicated to advancing gender studies through transnational and interdisciplinary collaborations.
