Nikolas Bublik is a doctoral student and research associate at the Department of Agricultural Markets, University of Hohenheim, since October 2023. His work focuses on logistics in the agricultural and food sector, particularly through the EIP-Agri project "Designing a Fresh-Cut Cluster for Out-of-Home Catering in Baden-Württemberg".
