Nikolaos Veraros

Nikolaos Veraros is a Visiting Lecturer in Shipping Economics & Finance at King’s Business School, University of London, and a Teaching Fellow at Athens Laboratory of Business Administration (ALBA). He holds a Bachelor’s (valedictorian) from Athens University of Economics and Business, and an MBA from the University of Rochester. His expertise spans shipping finance, banking, and financial derivatives.

Research focuses on applied economics, policy modeling, and financial markets. Publications include contributions to Applied Economics, Journal of Policy Modeling, and the Economic Bulletin of the Bank of Greece.

Over 20 years in shipping finance, including roles as Partner at Investments & Finance Ltd and Senior Equity Analyst at National Bank of Greece. Currently advises shipping firms and serves on corporate boards.
