Dr Nikolaos Skliris is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Southampton within the Department of Ocean and Earth Science, based at the National Oceanography Centre Southampton. His research focuses on understanding changes in the hydrological cycle over oceans, ocean climate variability, and impacts of ocean physics on marine ecosystems. He coordinates and lectures on MSc modules including 'Introduction to Physical Oceanography' and 'Large Scale Ocean Processes and Climate'.
