Niklas Löther is a doctoral researcher at the University of Eastern Finland (UEF) Center for Climate Change, Energy & Environmental Law (CCEEL). He holds an MSocSc in Environmental Policy and Law from UEF and an MA in Politics and International Relations from the University of Aberdeen. His research focuses on integrating climate and air pollution governance in the EU, exploring legal, political, and policy science dimensions. Löther examines the intersection of environmental law and global politics, emphasizing the role of science and non-state actors in governance frameworks.
