Professor Nikki Phillips serves as Dean of Nursing and Midwifery at Deakin University's School of Nursing & Midwifery. With a Doctor of Philosophy from La Trobe University and over 15 years of experience in nursing/midwifery education across Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Bhutan, she specializes in evidence-based practice and quality risk management.
