Nikita Rowley is a Lecturer in Psychology and ASPiRE Research Fellow at Coventry University's School of Psychological, Social and Behavioural Sciences. They currently serve as Course Director for both the BSc Sport and Exercise Psychology and the MSc Health Psychology programs, which they co-redesigned in 2023 to enhance BPS accreditation alignment and post-COVID health focus. Their academic roles include teaching across multiple psychology courses and developing innovative curricula.

Research Interests: Focuses on physical activity promotion, exercise referral schemes, behavior change strategies, and obesity management. Recent work includes designing home-based exercise programs for overweight/obese adults and evaluating exercise referral scheme effectiveness in England.
