Nikita Divissenko

Nikita Divissenko serves as Assistant Professor in the Department of International and European Law at Utrecht University's Faculty of Law, Economics and Governance. He coordinates the Master's Programme 'Law and Technology in Europe' and co-teaches 'Law of Market Technologies', bridging legal scholarship with digital finance innovation.

His academic credentials include a 2022 PhD from the European University Institute (EUI), complemented by dual LLM degrees in International, European and Comparative Law (EUI) and European Law from Leiden University (cum laude).
