Adrian Rycerski

Dr. Adrian Rycerski serves as Assistant Professor at SWPS University's Faculty of Psychology and Law in Poznań, Department of Private Law. Appointed Disciplinary Officer for Student Conduct effective January 1, 2025 through 2028, he teaches capital market law, private international law, commercial law, civil law (obligations), planning, strategy, and legal research.

Specializing in EU financial market regulation, his research focuses on Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II (MiFID II), Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR), banking law, Payment Service Directives (PSD2-3/PSR), and Anti-Money Laundering/Countering Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT) frameworks.
