Niki Chatzipanagiotou is a Senior Lecturer and Researcher in the Department of Informatics at Lund University. She holds a PhD in Computer Science and is actively involved in academic communities such as ACM SIGCHI, ECIS, and ICIS. Her research focuses on the intersection of Computer-Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW) and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), emphasizing ethnographic methods to study information systems in information-intensive organizations. She explores digital transformation, workplace learning, hybrid work models, and digital inequalities.
Teaching responsibilities include courses like INFC70 (Information Systems Management and Strategy), INFA44 (Introduction to e-Health), and supervising bachelor's and master's theses.
