Nicole O’Reilly, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor and Director of Social Work at McDaniel College. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Shippensburg University, an M.S. in Social Work from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville, and a Ph.D. in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Her academic career spans roles in non-profit, for-profit, and public agencies, with prior faculty experience at Boise State University.
