Nicole McConlogue

Professor Nicole McConlogue is an Associate Professor of Law and holds the John H. Faricy Jr. Professorship for Empirical Research in the Law at Mitchell Hamline. She joined the faculty in 2023, bringing expertise in public interest law, consumer protection, and disability benefits advocacy. Her research focuses on economic mobility and fairness for disadvantaged communities.

Education:

• J.D., University of Maryland School of Law
• B.A. in French Literature, Towson University, Maryland

Research & Experience: Nicole’s career includes roles as Director of the Clinical Law Program and Litigation and Advocacy Clinic at West Virginia University College of Law (2020–2023), Clinical Teaching Fellow at the University of Baltimore School of Law (2017–2020), and Project Manager for the Pro Bono Resource Center of Maryland’s Consumer Protection Project (2013–2017).
