John M. Jerabek

John M. Jerabek is an Adjunct Professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where he teaches and lectures on children’s advocacy issues. He earned his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law (a predecessor to Mitchell Hamline) and a B.S. in Government from St. John’s University.

Jerabek specializes in family law, juvenile law, adoption law, and appellate advocacy, with a focus on protecting children’s best interests, custody disputes, and parenting rights. He has authored numerous articles on these topics.

Jerabek is a partner at Tuft, Lach & Jerabek, an active member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the National Association of Counsel for Children, and volunteers as a mentor and youth soccer coach.
