Nicole Jenkins-Rosenkrantz

Nicole Jenkins-Rosenkrantz is an Adjunct Professor at Vermont Law School’s Center for Justice Reform. She currently serves as Director of Community Relations & Diversity Training at Spokane Public Schools, a role she has held since April 2018. Previously, she worked at Spokane County Juvenile Court for 17 years in various capacities, gaining deep expertise in systemic justice reform. Her work focuses on reducing disparities faced by marginalized youth and families of color, advocating for equitable outcomes through innovative programs that disrupt the school-to-prison pipeline.

Her professional mission centers on restorative justice and creating collaborative solutions for systemic change. Nicole’s experience bridges the juvenile justice system and public education sectors, enabling her to address root causes of inequity through policy, training, and community engagement.
